I have looked through your selection and am not sure what the best fit will be for me. The spacing on the mounting holes top to bottom is 5 1/4, top side to side is 1/2, and bottom side to side is 1 1/4. The arm is 2 5/8. Hi, I need this part for my window. Is there a replacement? Also, the arm and clip were connected underneath on my window. Is that correct? Most I see connect on top of the bracket holder. Thanks. Dan

Hello, I have had 3 of the 4 channel balances from this order fail. First one lasted 2 days after I installed it, 2nd one maybe a week, and third one failed almost immediately after installation--just tonight. Please see attached pictures.
