These handles do not fold and get in the way of the blinds. The handle says "norco" on it. If I have measured it correctly, it is a 5/16" spline. Please suggest a folding handle that can replace these. Thank you.

I have 17 year old vinyl Wenco windows with spiral balances. They seem to have orange tips, 3/8" round tube,28" long, single tilt. They weigh approximately 24 lbs. What would be the correct type spiral balance?
