I received my 39-002, window crank today. However, the arm does not fit through the hole in my window frame. On the arm, there is a "knob" at the far end that I know is supposed to be there (to attach the arm to the bottom of the window itself), but underneath that is a screw end (?) or something ... I have a customer who brought this pivot bar in to my business. I cannot identify it. The customer could not find any information on manufacturer. Please help

I don't see any numbers on the lock. As shown in one picture, there are 2 squiggly markings on one side of the mechanism. There are 4.5" between the large screw holes.

I need 4 each of screen door roller

I need the 16 1/2 in balance. Mine are attached to the top with a little plastic clip but yours just uses a screw. Would I just put a screw in right below the opening for clip?

Window from Florida Extruders international. UB 28C stamped on balance. Need to know Part Number to order. Also the top plastic piece on window held by 2 screws broke.

Pretty much what it is. A residential house, older sliding windows slide right to left to open the window. 4 of these hold the screen in place. The clips were built to last but when someone else forgot where they put them.. The round end that fit's into the casement in about 4/16" so figure 5/16" On ... (cont.)

I'm not quite sure what size I should be ordering. The Spiral balance is covered in a white vinyl with a grommeted screw hole at the end. It measures 25 inches to end end of the vinyl sleeve. We have 2 broken sash locks that we want to replace. We do not know the manufacturer. They are installed on 1992 casement windows. In the event the sash lock part cannot be replaced, based upon the exterior image, would an alternative sash lock work with the existing hardware?

i have a balance with a number of 11600-17 also a number H6 725 10 87, the window glass looking from the inside out measures 28 1/2" wide by 20" high. what would be the correct replacement balance spring for the window. Tom W
