I have the triple balance style and the notch is small for this 15-205. Could you make the notch longer to make it easier to install?

I need Nu-prime replacement sash balances. There are no balances in the window for me to use as a guide! I need 4 balances for a sash where the visible glass is 28" wide x 14" High, 2 balances for a sash with visible glass 26" wide x 15 1/4" high and 2 balances for a sash that is 26" wide x 13 3/4" ... the height of the coil housing is *3 1/8" from the bottom screw to the top of the plastic guard. the window channel is approx. 1 3/8" wide x 9/16" deep. based on your formula, i believe these are 15 lb. balances.

I need a replacement balance shoe. Depth -

24" Channel Balance Identification is this S371-2320? The outside dimensions of the shoe and top seem right but the top part 19-031 does not have the middle divider that the tab in the track may require. Please identify. Thanks.

Hello, I am trying to track down 12 of these brackets for a Pottery Barn Cabinet. I've tried Home Depot and my local hardware store. Any idea as to where I might track it down? Or something else that may work? Thank you.

I bought this door 20 years ago at Home Depot. It has become very difficult to open and close. I've cleaned and lubricated the rollers to no avail. I would like to replace them. Please help me identify the correct parts.

I have some 28" long channel balances. They carry a stamp of 2790N 26. The sash weighs 24.4 lbs, but you don't have a stamp listed for 2790, and a 24 pound sash would be your standard 2740. Do you have any idea where the 2790 stamp comes from? WHat balance should I use?
