Need to identify which shoe and balance I need for this Pella double hung.

I have this casement window with a link missing between the operator and the corner of the sash. The hinge is intact. The hinge is marked Roto. The first photo is of the mechanisms on the sash with the missing piece. The other two photos show the mate window. It looks like the missing part con ... (cont.)

I have the truth logo on the arm that comes out of the device and then I have the numbers 1204-2002 and 2134

No markings on top sash guides. The channel balances have 34-5 BA CMC 11 34-5 JX CMC 7 and 34-5 JX CMC 11 They all look the same so don't understand why they have slightly different numbers

Need to replace Coil pivot lock shoe for a Slocomb tilt window. Picture shoes shoe in place only, have not attempted to remove damage shoe. Only marking has a patent # 5,704,185. approx. dimensions 3/8" deep, 1-5/8" h x 1"w.

Looking for assistance in identifing this balance. Anything helps!

We live in a 20+ year old community. Everyone is having trouble with the windows and it has to do with the balances. Retired from construction, I could help with repairing them. I have a broken part

Name is Joe. I have Jordan non-tilt windows, two mulled together. On the right sash, the right-side balance is missing. The left-side balance is stamped 28 3 CL Caldwell and measures 29 inches in length.
