The window crank and the mechanism inside are not matching up so that when you turn to handle the window will not open or close.

I have left and right casement windows that has these Anderson mechanisms. The right one (as I look outside) won't crank out, and the left side (photos) might soon be doing the same thing. His balance measures 27 inches with the metal part. it looks like it is three-quarter inches wide and three-quarter inches deep. The window says it is a Kihro brand.

I need the following: Qty 2 of the 795 balances 16c. Channel width is 1".old shoes have the green lock clip. Shoe is closed cam. String portion is a hook into a slot. I also need Qty 2 but 22B. Same shoe and hook.
