Hello! One of the window balance for my windows is broken. I just took a picture for the mark on the window balance. As you can see, the mark shows "29-3 ID5 CMC 54". So, the correct window balance that I should purchase is "30" Series 385 Channel Balance", right? Please advise. Thanks ... (cont.)

As you'll see from my photo, the balance shoe for this Polaris window is damaged. It's still attached and will slide up and down when the U part is turned but when the window is lowered into it, it can't engage with the window and lock onto it like on the other side. My window balances are stamped 26 3 BSI OH is that sufficient to identify them or do I need to remove, measure, take photos? The removal clips are broken and I've just ordered some extras, so I can't remove them to measure, photograph, etc today.

Latch locks also have a slide type dead bold all in one. No markings 3 rt and 2 left broke while cleaning windows. Can not fine replacement of the same kind. Vinyl frames.

HI, Attached you will find photos of the channel balances used in our windows. The home is 12 years old and the windows are original construction. The number on the metal channel appears to be 28C but it could be 280. That channel is 29" long by 9/16 wide and 5/8 deep. Please quote delivered p ... (cont.)

My son is remodeling his high schools press box as his Eagle Scout Project. The windows aren't working properly and they have signs saying not to open because the windows will fall out. Looks like all of the latches are either broken or just not working properly.

Can you tell me if these are the 351 series balancer 27" long .The stamp read 26 5 JW CMC 7. On the shorter balanced is read 12 1 BSI TD .I measure it and it 12 1/2 " long .

The vinyl sash weighs 17.5 pounds and is 29.5" wide by 30.5' high. Based on remainder of the broken springs the attaching end looks like series152, is .5" wide and has the same bronze coloring.
