My house was built in the late 70s. I need to replace the sash balance #0225 23 273. I this part available or can I substitute another?

Hi Mate, Can you confirm that the Casement operator 39-001 comes with a handle as shown on the picture advertised? Or are the winding handles sold separately? Your advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Barry

Need window sash balance Anderson part # LL 9 27 16. Need 6 total. And 3 jamb liners if you have them. Jamb liners are 4"wide. 28 3/4 long on inside towards interior and 29 1/2 on outside or exterior. Top Window is 1 1/4" wide x 27" long. Bottom window 1 1/2 x27 5/8.

I have a sliding patio door with double wheel rollers. Do you have the weather seal that the rollers assembly fits into and then screw into the channel on the bottom of the door? I did not see any on your website.

Hello, I just received my 82-002K. I watched the video and the key lock seems to be installed correctly but my key will not turn. When the key is in, all of the tumblers are down. I cannot figure out why my key won't turn. Do you have any suggestions or get it be faulty???

Hello Looking for an Andersen Window balance replacement. The numbers I see are: D92 7127 1083 and D89 7127 1083 not sure the 1 between 7 and 27 is a 1 as it does not match the 1 in 1083 - may just be a slash or other mark. Window type is double hung each about 24"x24".
