Looking for 5 or so of these

I have a milgard single hung window that needs new balances and guides. The opening part of the window is 29" high by 31" wide. I took the old balances out a while ago and can't find them now.

The broken spiral balance spring pictures are attached. I want to learn how to replace them. The bottom connection part are broken too. The length is 28.5 Inch, the diameter is 3/8 and the color is blue at the end. What kind of parts I need to buy? Thank you,

I need to replace the sash on both sides of a window that will no longer open. From the stamp on the old sash can you tell me what part I need to order? Or do you need more information? Thanks, David

The corner inserts have the number 539 stamped in them. The thickness is 5/16 of an inch. The length of the section that goes into the frame is 7/8 of an inch. The actual sxuare corner is 1 1/8 inches square. The screens are from a Del Mal casement window. Also, I need two new screens/frames ... (cont.)

CertainTeed Window Measurements are 2 1/2 long, 1 1/4 wide and 1" between holes. I want to order two left hand sides and finger pull out on the end. Kindest regards, Joseph

Windows are from 1972 wooden, old balance are marked E19 on left one. Measures 6 3/8 by 2 7/8 by 3/4 thick. Window opening is 48 inches. Can you tell me which replacement i need, both left and right side. Thanks Rick

I need two of the parts submitted via photos. The only ID I see on them is 2140 B.S.I./BG

please help me identify and REPLACE what I am told is a "pivot shoe". I need two pair. There is a stamp on the channel above where the shoe stops. It's is a vertical 28B over horizontal B.S.I. That is all I can find to identify the single hung vinyl window. Thanks, Chuck

Hello, Could you please identify a suitable replacement for these pivot bars and shoes. If possible we'd prefer any replacement hardware be corrosion resistant (i.e. stainless or some type of polymer) as these windows are located beside a salt water sound. Thanks, Eric
