I have a single hung window that is missing its two balances. What balance would I use to make this window operational again? The lower sash is 39" wide x 26" high. It weighs 23 pounds. Thanks, Dan

This door is a main entry point and lately when locking the door outside by key or inside by latch it does not lock and requires 2-3 attempts to succesfully lock. The latch is loose meaning the small stick which goes up to lock or down to unlock is extremly wobbly and can be pushed more ways than j ... (cont.)

The roller I removed is the same dimensions as 81-138, except mine has 1 1/4 inch wheels. Will the 81-138 work? An eighth of an inch in diameter is only a sixteenth of an inch different in radius, I should be able to adjust it up, shouldn't I?

I ordered two 28" series 385 channel balance and after putting them on the window frame and re-install the window one top sash guide broke and the other one is partially broken. During the installation the coil from one of the channel balance (the top hook) got detached and I can't put it back in ... (cont.)

I have purchsed the latch replacement part #83-115. My question is: To remove the screen door handle (Part No 83-123), do I use a sharp awl of some sort to pop off the "pella trade mark" tab? You were a great help in identifying the locks I posted a picture of last week. Before I order those, I'm hoping that you might have these also so I can order all at once. These are the clips that hold the screens in place in a bay window. There are 4 on each screen.

how do you know what length balance rod to get

The cord of my balance is broken . Per the AaMA silver label on the windows, readings are : MFR: PHP 62, and series 810S Can u recommend a replacement ? Do i have to replace the total balance ? Will it include the top and bottom plastic guides ? Thanks
