I just purchase the 55-109 spline for my 20 year ago forever door. Once inserting the spline correctly and using the tool to lock it in place the spline immediately pops out. The crank handle device will not stay in the hardware. It looks like it is stripped. It is used on a casement window that cranks upward. I have additional pictures but your link will not allow me to send. Looking for one. Thanks

I'm trying to identify an arm operator (photos enc.). The window is approx. 2 ft high by 3 ft wide with the crank on the right side. The window swings out from the bottom. Would like to buy replacement roller cartridge for our sliding glass doors. I cannot determine which replacement to buy. Apparently, I have to disassemble the door to remove the old roller. Can you assist. Present rollers are Nylon (1-11/16" x 3/4" wide).

Saw your YouTube video and my window spring looks the same except for the spring housing. Please see my attached pictures and let me know if you can help me.

It is a replaceable/ separate crank mechanism that screws down onto the base of the operator. The manufacturer is Truth, there is a part number of 45015. I would like to try to replace the part vs. the entire operator.

I have a Pado lockset (and kick plate) I would like to replace. The existing lockset is pictured it say Pado and Latao. The photos are taken with a tape measure for measurements. I would like to replace with nickel hardware. Thank you in advance.
