all my doors are steel. there are NO labels on any doors. i assume they were purchased at lowes or HD, as there aren't many options where i live. i don't believe the 58-189 would fit. I have the CertainTeed top tilt latch, your part number 26-317. The thumb slider sits about 3/32" off the surface of the latch, because of the length of its mounting posts. I'm afraid these will break off or get lost. Do you have an alternative?

What keeper goes with your 82-260 mortise double latch

This heavy duty door closer works fine except that the small gadget that should keep the door open doesn't. Is it possible to replace just this small item or must the entire door closer be replaced?
