Looking for Truth Casement Roto operator made by Truth with the number 30972 under the arm and an x'd out 30553 or 30353, not sure on that one because of the x's. Homeowner claims windows manufactured by Atrium

What size handle fits this bore? I tried 3/8 handles and too big.... It must be either 11/32 or 7/32 right?

I need to replace my window channel balances. They have a stamp saying 25 9 B.S.I. PD. I cannot find any balances with this exact numbering but from researching, it seems the 350 series, specifically S350-25 option 2420 will make a viable replacement. Would this be a safe assumption? Glazing on a tilt out window measures 3/8 by 3/8". The tilt out parts match Keller Tilt but I cannot find any markings on the windows for brand.

There was an information plate on the window and I found in caps "ADL" and "patrician series" and MCA 4653. That is all I could identify. Thanks for any help that you can give. Jim
