Hello, i am replacing all the screen on our windows. The old spline is the .125 star pattern. Can I use your foam spline and if so what size? I am replacing the screen material with the same black fiberglass screen that was in there. Thank you in advance!

Fisher appears to be brand of window. Approx. 12 years old. I need both balances and want to make sure I get right part. A customer already removed them so all I have is this one balance. Replacement Patriot casement Windowless

The shoes on bottom matches the 385 series but the top is not exact as is it diagonal appears to be same height. Mine is boxier(see attached pic) and does not have that mitered angle. Need to replace a broken Channel Balance. Your series 770 seems to be the proper replacement. Markings on the existing balance indicate Unique Balance 27E from 2004 as shown on the attached picture. The balance actually measures 28 inches but the marking on it is 27 E. Do I order a 27 or 28 inc ... (cont.)
