Need 8 window locks. Home built in 1991. Sun air aluminum corp. measurement between two screws is 6cm.

The window slider stops on my single hung Milgard windows are fragile and easily break. I have not been able to identify the part on the web.

Hi there I am looking for this plastic locking handle plate , its the same measurment as that of your product 38-158 actually I bought one of the 38-158 & tried it fits but there is a play (your 38-158 is thin) comparing to my broken one . do have any other product ? please advice. I would like to purchase replacement parts for my milgard windows. I'm looking for 15 inch window channel balance. Number stamped on part is 1430. You have several to choose from, I'm not sure which one to order? I appreciate any help you can give me. I have attached pictures.

I need help choosing the right pivot shoes to fit 600 series, 37" spiral balances in my tilt sache double hung windows. I need to replace some plastic hopper window latches, and wanted to go with metal instead of the cheap plastic, as the plastic ones keep breaking. Can you tell me the thickness of the striker end of this lock? It looks like it would work with my existing keepers, but I want to be sure. Or... is ... (cont.)

Pretty sure I have the right balance selected, but my stamp is odd: on the side of one balance (L) it says 14-5 JX CMC 7, and on the side of the other (R) it says 14-5 KX CMC 11 My sash weighs about 16 lbs; it's 33 3/4 x 17 x 2 overall. good morning, condo built in 1991, looking to replace spiral balance on 2 windows, 3/8 dia, 30" long, tip seems to be white, kind of hard to tell, hope you can help :)

Can you please explain to me how this hinge can be installed on either side of a window? To me it looks like the right side hinge of an awning window. If you install it on the left side it would have to open inside. Thanks

Hi Swisco- I am trying to find replacements for the sill-mounted single arm awning window operators on my house built in 1951. The track mounts on the inside face of the sash. Do you have such a thing? Thanks much- Scott

The existing balance is 14" x 5/8" with a green tip; the green tip is not offered in the 600 series, what should I do?

Several of my Milgard windows need new balancers...how do I know which replacements to order? My son followed your instructions in your March 6th email.
