This comes off a Living double pane window. The window is about 22 years old.

We have several windows where the balance springs are not working, I have pulled one but looking at several previous post, I probably need to pull all of them to see if they are the same. I have casement windows with a 9.32 hex shaft for the crank handle. I can't find replacement handles. Do you know of anything that would suit? I'm afraid a handle with a 5/16 hex hole would be too sloppy.

Our PGT Single Hung SH-4000 in the bathroom is having channel issues - the left hand channel will not retract with the window so I am unable to close the window completely, and therefore cannot lock it. Looking for a direct replacement for patio door hardware. I assume it falls under the heading of 'sliding door - mortised lock'. I've seen similar parts on your site but am having difficulty finding one that I know will work. Please help!!!

A 20 year old window winder in my home (in Australia) on either Stegbar or Trend Casement windows has broken.
