Looking to purchase four (4) of these counter balance mechanisms for Anderson windows.

my part seems to be somw what differant in size to the ones you have, 3 3/8 overall , 1 3/8 w, 7/16 d, 7/8 wheel, my part nr is 60-037, also there is 4 of them in each corner, all worn out all measurments outside canyou find me a replacement. White nylon pin used to hold screen in place.

Earthwise 7000 series installed in 1998 Model 740 34.124 x 70.25 white The right window tilt latch has broken there are no stamps or markings on the part that came off.

This plastic spacer fits in the top of the window frame to prevent the lower window to be opened all the way to the top of the frame except when you want to remove it.

Need to repair broken sash spring. I included a picture. The windows have no markings or brand identification. The window is 29.5" x 36". Double pane. I came it with 24 lb. My house was built in 1985 and has Anderson windows. The balance strings are starting to break. Attached is a photo, the part number is E-28 9#31 7-85 What do you recommend as a replacement, and is there anything else I should care of while I'm in there? Thanks, Ed

Looking for a replacement part for one window

I just bought tilt window latches 26-243 & 244 They are identical to what I am replacing except the end piece is to wide. My old ones are only as wide as where the top bevel ends. Do you have any others that would work. If not I will try to file off the bottom bevel

Kinco windows originally installed in 2002. Channel Balance is 30" long. There is a stamp 29 4 and then it looks like B1. Can you help me figure out which one I need. Also, any help on what top sash guide? They were plastic and broke. Thanks for your help.

I ordered and received a operator arm for my casement window. The arm is the arm that fits same as the old arm. I have a problem with the 3/16 x 9/16 plastic roller. The pivot shoes I bought (15-045) fit perfectly in the track and attach to the S900-29 Spiral Balance just fine. The issue is that the window will not fit into the shoe.
