Don't know brand name vinyl windows. They are double hung, tilt, vinyl frame. Weight of sash is approx 18 lbs. Spiral balances tube size is 30" length and appear to be 5/8" (600 series). What is the number for the left hand version of the operator Caradco window crank 39-028?

could not find any #,s on roller assembly. rollers fit a summit sliding glass door. series # 8670 SGD-R20-96x96. rollers are 1 1/4" O.D. 1/4"wide. they are concave and I think they have 1/4" pin. What do you have that fits , I need 4.

What is included with the 39-025? I particularly need to know if the shoulder hardware is included (shoulder screw, washer). Thanks

We haven't found any description. We guess these windows are more than 30 years old.

Sash are welded together at edges. The only visable way to remove tilt latch is on the top edge and tried removing with vise grips and would not budge. Are these sash mfg to be disposable sash when latches break?? Is there a replacement part for this??,if so i would need a right and a left.Please ad ... (cont.)
