The bath room window opens by sliding up, but instantly slides back down again. Which part do we need to replace? My swisco coil balance part is PAT 5,353,548 WINDOWS SIZE 26(W)INCH * 22(H)INCH (Double Strength Insulated Glass)

I've got an Alcoa window that won't stay open and wanting to purchase new window balances. I've taken a couple shots of it and attached them. I am looking to purchase 4 of these balances. The number on the edge reads: 26 4 JL CALDWELL. The metal length is 27" even and have included the top and bottom photos for identification. Please provide your part number and I will purchase them ASAP.

Track 6' for Traco hurricane doors. Door info and worn track pictures attached. Door is 1and1/8" wide. Do you have a replacement? I think the track is too far gone for a cover. The one picture includes track guides which I added because of the missing rail.

the picture is from the door frame coustomer sent it to me I don't have a picture of roller,it is a fixed wheel with spring on oposite side of wheel but I can get one if the tag doesn't help thank you.

Hi, I need to find replacement parts for two vinyl crank style windows. I need a replacement crank handle and two locking mechanisms. I believe the manufacture is Empire Windows (Now Cascade Windows?). I attached an overall picture and a close up of the sticker. Thanks!

How do you remove the sash that covers the crank mechanism, does it just lift out - it looks like that but i do not want to brake it.
