The existing channel is 29" long. The window weights 29 lbs. the closes I believe is the series 380 with the added weight.

The balancers I need to replace are stamped Caldwell 20 3 KK. I looked through your pages and it looks like it would be a S380-20. I am looking for the replacement balance for my 25 year old Alenco windows. I also need the replacement vinyl weather seal at the bottom of the sash.

I believe these are Pella windows . The crank on the bottom of the window seems to be the one causing the issues. The inside arm drops when window is trying to close and it collides with other arm.

I have a non tilt spring assembly that has a part number 2730 stamped on it. Can you work with this number or do you need more information? Thanks Steve

my channel balance is stamped 28 4 CN Caldwell. I feel that the top piece is 19-005 and the bottom is a 15-005. which would make it a series 380. But when i measure the channel like your diagram, the channel is 29" not the 28 like the stamp says. Which size should i order the 28" or the 29"? Th ... (cont.)

I have 30 year old casement windows and have replaced all the operators with new truth hardware from you all. Now 9 months later the cranks are slipping again and the circular screw that engages the crank is backing out of the window. Will a new crank help that?

We bought a house that is missing the sliding glass door hardware and lock. I can't find the manufacturer of the door. I looked at Lowe's but can't find one that looks like it would fit. the condo I recently bought was built in 2007, the Anderson operator assembly appears to be similar to the one listed as for windows built from 1982 to 1995. is there another operator or will the one listed work thanks . are there left/ right hand operators.
