I am replacing a handle with 1 1/2 "(40-032), what is the product number for Out-swinging Door Inside latch,1-1/2" ? I guess item 40-038 looks right?

Secondary Patio Door Lock, Andersen,Product Code: 82-071 Can this lock be positioned at the opening corner of the slide glass door. I have a slider that has the screen on the outside. Therefore, do the mounting holes go all the way through the lock to allow mounting to a side?

My windows need a 23" Series 380 & 385 balance with top piece 19-005 and bottom 15-005 with 2230 stamped on balance. A window repair man came out and said that my balances should be replace with a spiral balance because they were better. Is this true and, if yes, which spiral balance would I use ... (cont.)

I can help you pick out the right balance for your window. Take a look at the 15-001 and 15-002 and tell me which is a closer match to the shoe on your broken window balance.

Would you please help me to identify the proper channel balance? The metal channel measures & the overall length is 27 1/16". Thank you! Joe
