Hi, I'm replacing a balances for a vinyl single hung Hurd window. It looks as if the 34" 770 channel balances will work but the Hurd window has a small square hole in the top of the jamb with a spreader screw to hold in place. Are you able to order this sliding door bumper from Kawneer? The Kawneer part # is 912315. It is rubber and has 2 phillips screws that secure it to the track. Thank you.

I have identified the appropriate channel balance for my milgard windows with the 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe, however my existing channels measure 20-5/8" not 21". Is this 3/8" delta a problem or should I be looking at another channel? The channel stamp is "B.S.I. 20 4 OV"

As you can see on the attached picture, the top right fixed latch is broken and both the bottom spring loaded latches are broken. the window frame measures 5/16 wide x 21 3/4 x 26. Do you have these replacement latches and some instructions on how to remove/install?

I have 2 sliding doors on my house and I am Having a problem with thepull handles breaking. When someone swings the door open too hard the handle is breaking at the screw holes,cracking the metal from the outsides to the mounting holes.
