Looking for a replacement part #

I have measured my balance and it is 3/8" x 23 5/8". It has a white tip and it's a tilt window. As you only have balances in even inch measurments, what is the best option to replace my orginal balance?

Can you assist me in determining the correct replacement part? My originals measured 28.5" for the outer sleeve, 27 and 3/8" for the coil and between the posts. I have included pictures to explain. Thank you for your time.

I have a new house that uses S350-31 channel balance in the windows. The windows measure 51 x 32 and are single pane. It is very difficult to raise and lower the window with the balance installed. I need advice on replacing the latches for our vinyl windows. Several of the flat metal plates have broken off leaving nothing for the rotating latch to grab. The sliding portion of the window that holds the flat portion of the latch is sealed. Thanks!

I have 9 M & W double casement windows in one room and all 18 snubbers are broken. All the measurements are the same the only difference is the ones that were on the factory windows do not have a insert. It doesn't look like that would make a difference. I will post again if they work. ... (cont.)

I am trying to identify and replace the mortise lock that goes with this lockset. I can find no markings or engravings on the lockset.
