Can not keep the window open there was a loud bang. We removed the part that holds the window open the this is what it looks like. Can you please tell me which pivot shoe fits an Owens Corning window. The model on the window is: FDH. It measures: 2 1/8" long, 1/2" wide and I cannot get an accurate measurement accross the shoe while it is in the track. Sorry... Thanks
