Attached pictures of pivot Shoe? Approx size 2 in high 1.25 wide and 1/2 deep. As close as I can measure Help identify. Is there an up grade? PS Also sent you sample of weather stripping in previous request.

don't know the brand of my door but finally found a roller that fits and seems to work. your p/n 84-064 for the bottom but don't find a listing for a top roller. Can you suggest one ? The old ones look a lot like the bottom ones. And is there anything in the way of adjustment instructions ? ... (cont.)

Hi Barry, I did find that Andersen used the 84-070, bottom screen rollers, with the 84-078, top rollers, in their sliding door insect screens for the Andersen Primed Gliding Doors from 1964 through 1983.

This for an Alenco single hung window. Date of construction is 1984. The length of the metal "channel" is 28 1/16". While it is 9/16 wide I understand you call this a 1/2" channel. I have windows made by West Window Corp of Martinsville, VA. I am going to replace some 3/8" spiral window balances, but one window has both pivot bars broken off.
