I have two Traco double hung windows that do not stay up. The balance is broken. Its a coil that sprung out and now I have to use a rod to keep the two windos open. Looking for window balance replacements (See attached photos). the width is 0.50". The length of the metal is 28". This length does not include the plastic parts at each end. Please inform which part number I should use from the photos. This is for a Milgard vinyl window. Note, it appears from your website this should be a Series 380 or 385 part.
