Hello Swisco, How can I distinguish the 29” 2830 Series 390 Channel Balance from the 29” 2830 Series 351 Channel Balance? Hi. I need to buy 2 balancers for my Milgard single hung windows. The length of the the channel is 30 1/16", not including the plastic attachments. The shoes is about 1 1/16". The stamp on the balancers is 29 9 IU CMC 7 Thank you

How do I estimate sash weight option for my replacement 28" Series 350 Channel Balance /Product Code: S350-28 on my old aluminum windows?

Seeking a locking mechanism for a Kinco triple slider. All panels slide past each other. Need to secure slide and lift motion on outside panel without hindering panel movements and avoiding a trip hazard in the track. Thanks, Joe

When I pull down on the left pivot shoe and let go it will stay down it fly's back up. Why is this and how do I fix this problem. Thanks for your help, Vicki

My double hung windows are 29 years old. Openning is approx 28"x61". Top sash is 31" tall, bottom is 31.5" tall. Looking at the balances, the left one (looking on inside) has numbers F1 8 31 2 0 stamped on it, the right one has 11600-2 on it. do you have replacements for these models ? ... (cont.)

I have Kolbe casement windows (1991). On the larger windows, there is a L shaped bracket mounted on the window frame, with a curved plastic insert, apparently to keep the window sashes from bowing in the middle. We have aluminum windows in our house. Most of the vertical windows are very tight and in some cases you could see the balance in side rail. Additionally some of windows are cocky when you try to move. I picked a window which was relatively straight but tight, and spray WD40 in the guide. That windo ... (cont.)
