I need two of these. The door is an aluminum double-glazed glass door and is heavy. It was installed about 23 years ago, and the rollers are shot. The picture is from a CAD drawing I did. Richey

Brand is CMECH. Screw holes are 1-3/4" apart, spindle is 1/4" square. Just need the latch, the spring in mine is worn out and doesn't hold door shut when dogs jump on it. Storm door is 3/4" thick.

Would like to install keyed lock on the outside of of door.

Hi, I cannot find the photo'd latch on your site. I can find similar, but none with the actual bottom(with a small square window showing the spring). It's 2 5/8inches long, 11/16 wide and 7/16 high. Do you stock?

I bought item# 26-334, Top Tilt Latch set for a Spectus window. I need to know how to install it.

The handle pictured works well but the latch has been forced and broken. It measures approx. 2 inches long and about a 1/2 inch winde. do you have the replacement parts.

The Key no longer go in easily and I have to force in, to the point that I no longer use the door to enter. Everything else works fine. Do I just need to replace the key plug and which one is the best.

While I am reasonably adept at repairs I just don't have time to replace ropes and wights in several windows that won't stay up without a prop. I have been told that there is some sort of flexible spring steel bit of hardware that fits in channel that will hold window up. True or just wishful thinki ... (cont.)

Hi is it possible to identify this part? It is the plastic part that attaches to the rope which than slides over the post to help the window go up and down. It would be great to buy this part and fix my windows. I think the windows are 20 years old and pella or marvine. thanks David F ... (cont.)

Do you have this roller from a sliding screen door? There are no markings at all. Thanks! Jerry

I have attached the pic of the track I need replaced as it is bent up and I cannot open and close my screen door properly. I have attached the information from the glass sliding door and the door the frame. Can someone help find a replacement?

the ones i have are 18-166 and 16-002. i also have the rivets and the rivet tool. the piece i need now goes on the bottom of the window on the metal piece.

I'm looking for a nylon tilt key. I do not know the make of the door.In the photos I showed the part with the part broken off,I attempted to put some mesurements on there. I need to replace a awning operator with the measurements of appox, 16" from the window attachment crack out to the inner connection. My best guess of the arms at full close is just over 21". How does one remove the old operator. Is there a special tool or trick to do this? Thank you ... (cont.)
