I have a Malta double hung window ( 1987) and the clips that hold the balance springs have rusted out but the springs are good. Do you have those clips that clip at the base and hold down the springs?

My Double hung Window is really Tough to open, it makes a lot of noises as if they are going to come out. One of the window contractors told me that it might be need to be replaced. How do i check if its just the "Spring Balance" that needs its tension adjusted ? Thanks In Advance AJ ... (cont.)

It has "AALCO" engraved on it. The locking lever has a raised curve at the end. Space between screw holes is about 2.25".

Sir or Madam: I would like to replace all the plunger pins in my window screens with something of quality as the current pins seem to break as soon as you use them. Would the 39-323 Truth Hardware Contour Cover be the same cover as shown in the attached picture for the window crank of my Carado casement window? I need to replace this cover by June 12th as part of a real estate sale.

A single vent window box installed in 1988, the window crank still works but the brackets for the screws have broken off. No markings or numbers on the part or on the window.
