I need some replacement balances. The channel is 1/2" by 5/8" with an outside hemmed edge. The writing on the back is "28 3 10 CALDWELL" The metal channel is 29" long NOT including the plastic fittings. I am pretty sure the top fitting is 19-002 because it does not have flanges. I need the cranks for the window. The house was built in 1974. This is a wood window. The shaft is 3/4" tall. Width is 5/16", not including the teeth. No markings were found on the window.

About the 40-039 lock ...apparently one must make a hole in the wooden jamb to accept the bolt. Isn't this a wear'n'tear problem against a tiny slotted hole in the wood? After replacing my rollers, I noticed the 3 panels "colliding" when I close them. I noticed that at the top of the doors there is a piece of a plastic alignment tab (triangular shaped) that's broken. What are these called and where can they be found?
