REPLACEMENT TENSION SPRING FOR WINDOW SCREEN FRAME- APPROX. 3-1/16" LONG

Your web page is confussing. I want two complete sets of Outside and Inside door handles with locks, keys, and spindles. Is that what product number 40-034 gives me?

I have an Andersen window with two separate windows and separate handle and crank for them. If you are facing the window from the inside and looking at the handles, it is the right handle and crank. I have a Norco Picture window on the second floor master bedroom. It is the 9700 series. I need the crank mechanism hareware for both sides. Neither of the side casement windows are operating. Size VCW15 / 3050 / VCW15 Lite 8 / 15 / 8 RO 7' 10" x 5 3/8

The window ballast part is 30 inches in length from each end. There is a marking of "28D" stamped in the metal. Failing, broken, and missing channel balances on Philips windows. All windows same size. They weigh 23.2 lbs each. Windows are terrible to operate. All channel balances are marked 25 5 EL Caldwell. I am in need of 2 channel balances for a Gapco window. 1/2" X 34 It appears that your S380-34 is a match. However the stamp on the balancer reads 3390. I weighed the window sash - 32lbs. Will the S380-34 work? Daniel
