I have a Kinco window that I need to replace both channel balances. The existing balance is stamped 29 3 IP Caldwell. The existing channel top matches your 19-005 and the bottom shoe matches your 15-002. Do you offer a balance in this configuration? Thank you.

I looked through your parts and could not find one matching the attached pivot bar. Not sure the make of the windows. They are white, vinyl tilt out. Dimensions of the pivot bar are 2 3/4 by 5/8.

Please explain how to replace the 39-096 and 39-097 in an existing mounted window? Do they just side in and out? Do I have to some how dismantle the bottom molding (without breaking it) to access the cranks? Please advise

We have an older window crank # 7198-17. On the end where it is attached to the window, there is plastic piece that broke. Is there a way to replace that plastic piece without getting an entire new crank? The plastic piece is the thing that slides along the window when it opens and closes. ... (cont.)

MY HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1987 WITH SOME CRANK WINDOWS. 3 OF THE CRANKS HAVE PULLED OUT OF THE UNIT WHEN CLOSING. IS IT NECESSARY TO REPLACE THE WHOLE CRANK UNIT? 2 HINGE ON THE LEFT, 1 HINGES ON THE RIGHT. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. SUSAN

There are no visible names, numbers, or markings. Dimensions: Total height: 1 5/8" Dimensions of top: 15/16" x 1" Top to center of screw hole: 7/8" As you can see, it broke in half where the screw attaches it to the window frame. Thanks, Bill
