Better Built window with aluminum frame will not stay open. The bottom part only designed to open and close. the screen track is broken. a piece of the track has broken away. can this be fixed? my door is 20 years old.

I am trying to locate replacement Pivot Lock Shoes for vinyl windows that are about 12 years old. I attached a couple of photo's with the spring still attached to the shoe. I have a home approximately 10 years old that needs replacement sash springs. The windows were manufactured by Alcoa. I have Traco model TR5000 windows in an apartment builing that need some help. I have been told that Traco does not support this model. I will need all of the different parts, spiral balances, tilt latches, etc. Do you have a list of the parts that fit this model? Thanks, Bob

The house was built in 2000 and the builder believes they are either Slocum or Patriot windows that were sold at 84 lumber. The latch measures 3 1/4" x 3/4" and the mounting screws are 2 3/8" apart. Hello - I can't seem to figure out which handle cover I need. There would be no screw holes and the crank is towards the left but it sits on wood that has a curved edge. The window states the following: NFrc 030 hp low-e , iccc cba ic mac cic 4.7 4-04. Thank you

my measurements match 18-032 but i can not see the back where the screw goes because the picture shows a black one. It is clearer ands looks like the 18-033 model were the screw goes it is notched to slide in the window frame like 18-033. So does 18-032 have to same notch were the screw goes as the ... (cont.)

You have a crank that is the same as the I have. the only thing is the length. new one is 6 1/4 long this one is 5". will that make a difrount.
