I have been to the website and have a few quesitions on the widow parts I need. The Top Sash Guides are the biggest mystery. Trying to replace two broken coil balancers

Hi, I too need a few Certainteed parts for my windows. They are the side locking mechanism and a second lock that screws to the frame to provide a secure way to have the window partially open. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, it seems that 26-078 and 26-079 tilt latches would replace the current ones I have. However, I am tired of them breaking all the time. The 26-188W seems to have the same exact dimensions but made of metal. Of to use 26-188W instead of 26-078?

I bought a house 2001 and around all window it has like a hard plastic wich because the heat in Florida all have crack I need to replace . It looks like semi soft hard plastis and it hallow in the middle .please help.

I need a 26" 1/2" width replacement balance with a 2540 strength. Your replacement balances are close but not exact. i do not know which is the best match.
