I have 3 window balances: 16 1/4 inch, stamped 1514 - need 4; 23 1/4 inch, stamped 2210 (or 2219) - need 14; 29 1/4 inch, stamped 2023 (or 2823) - need 14. I can't find the right width on your web site my pictures are listed the measurements are 2 inches long 1/2 inch at the narrowest point 1 inch at the widest point on the bottom

I need to replace both balances on a single hung tilt window stamped " Unique 27-F-60" (unpainted with seperate white covers) total length is 28". Sash is approx 50 1/2" w X 36" h. What part number do I need to order? Also, are all the pivot shoes the same?

I'm looking for plastic corners for a window screen that have plastic sliding tabs built into the corner. similiar to your 95-111, but the tab slides up and holds the screen into the frame. made in left and right hand configurations have anything like this? regards Ed

Is the top screen door roller different from the bottom due to less load bearing and no rail to ride on? Thanks

I believe i need a channell balance 380 series 29" . But my stamp reads 28D USB . I dont see that as a choice . I need 14 of them .

Looking for replacement screen door rollers. They were spring loaded units that fit between the corner joints and one screw holds the corner and the roller and the other is the adjustment screw. We have vinyl double hung, tilting windows. When I disengage the lock, the top window drops down. We have found small plastic pieces that have obviously broken off, looks as though they are from the bottom of the balancer. If so, would this cause the top window to drop open?
