Hi! I need to find 12 of these wheels asap!!

I have some single hung windows made by Atrium Doors and Windows of Arizona about twelve years ago. I am replacing the broken sash spiral balances and noticed that the 4 window guides are a well worn and would like to replace them, but can't seem to find replacement slides. I have included some ... A window sash is stuck in the closed position. Looks like I need to replace the spiral balance on the right side but I can't get to it because I can't get the window open to remove the sash. Is there another way to remove the spiral balance without removing the window sash? Thanks ... (cont.)

I posted an earlier message regarding the top fitting on this part. You responded back with a request for pictures. I tried several time to attache them to an email reply but the wrong pictures kept appearing. So I am trying it this way.

I need to replace some yellow tip balances. The existing has two per jamb pocket. I dont see an option here for yellow, is there another color that will work for this balance weight? Also can you inform me what each colors weight limit is. Thanks.
