the unit is mounted in the center of sill, and the window is hinged on the left from inside. The arm has a key that fit into the flat gear.

I am looking for the torque bar arms and torque bar bearing to fit Alcan 'Sunview' Awning windows. See attached pictures

I need to replace four balances and they look exactly the same as the S770 series. The only thing that is writen on my original balances is 3500 bsi lg. I know i need 35" S770. I only need to figure out which one i need B,C or D. Can you please help? Thank you, Dino

I need a pair of replacement Block and tackle balances for a single hung window. Markings UNIQUE 28-C-30 Channel is 29" long 9/16" x 5/8" The top appears to be your part number, Channel Balance Top, Winged 19-005 I can't match the shoe. Se attached pictures.

We have a number of Getty (Philadelphia PA) operators at our summer cottage, the track of which fastens to the vertical window frame surface, not under the window, with three screws. Does the Brass Finish Handle Pair (40-101) fit an Emco storm door?

This is a replacement for an Alside 5100 sliding patio door. All of the measurements match except where your diagram shows 1 1/4" I measure closer to 1 1/8". Wheel diameter is 1 1/8". Is the 81-030 the correct replacement? Thanks!

I just want to double check something. It looks like 15-046 will replace the broken pivot shoe from my window. I've included a few pix. Once I know whether or not this is the right part I'll put in an order for the shoe, a charging tool and a couple of spring balances. Thanks!

Hello, I am looking for a part for an Alenco window-both right and left latches. About 2 5/8" length, 11/16" wide, just under 1/2 inch deep. I have a balance that is 24" in length 1/2" wide. With a top end that looks like 19-005 and the shoe looks like 15-004. The channel balance is on a Gapco window, and also had the number 2330 with B.S.I. stamped beside it. Another balance has 2330E with B.S.I. on it. I don't know if there is a differ ... (cont.)
