We have a left crank window. The crank will turn to the right and open the window, however it will not turn to the right and close the window. It unscrews itself. Do we have to replace the whole lock? I tried to upload pictures. Hope it works, Lisa

Does this handle Fit Truth windows?
Will product Code: 39-205 or 39-114L fit Truth? The folding arm has Truth inside but no part number. There seems to be 12 splines. A search on the net shows it could possibly be Truth 11329 (or 11329.32 for white).

Series 380/380 Balance
I didn't see my top/shoe combo for a window balance. I'm looking for a 1/2" Wide Channel balance, Non-tilt, 15". The closest I found was a cross between Series 380 and 390. I need the winged top 19-005, with a non-wing shoe 15-005. See images. Do you carry this?
