I need to replace a Sash Balance marked "28 2 Caldwell". From a previous posting with photos it appears to be the following: * 29" Series 390 Balance, with the 19-002 Top and 15-001 Shoe attached If so, what option is correct? Option 2820? Thanks!

Do you sell parts for this set? Everything is fine with the handles except the posts that the screws set in sheered off. Only the small inner piece with those posts needs to be replaced.
