How do you replace a broken tilt key on a storm window sash? I tried tapping out the the broken key with a hammer and screwdriver and the frame of the window began to separate. I am having a problem with the crank handle. When i try to crannk the handle to close windows the entire handle backs out of the unit exposing the threads. To open the window it works fine.Can i repair this?
