I have identified the channel balance I need (28" Series 380 Channel Balance). Mine has a stamp "2740 P". Does the "P" signify anything special? If not, I will order the balances with option "2740". Thank you, Michelle M

Gorell awning type window part
As you can see from the picture, there are 2 plastic pieces covering the metal slides on either side of the window, the ones with the 2 screws in them-the bottom 2 are broken-look the same as the top ones. Patio door anti rattle guide pins
My patio door has 2 nylon guide pins at the top of the door(inside)that are rather worn. It is a round pin approx 3/8 dia x 1/16 thick. It pushes into a hole that is 7/32 dia ( measured with a drill bit). I don't see anything like this listed for patio doors. Any suggestions? Thanks John ... (cont.)

I am trying to replaced a few window channal balances in my house and I am having difficulty identifing the exact replacement balance. I have Kinco windows and my house was built in 2003. What bracket should I use with this?
I am ordering s500-29 for my windows as the balance have the red tip. how to I know which bracket to use at the bottom. None of my windows have anything holding the ones that are still in place?? I am sending the best photo I could take of a functioning window.

One sash balance broke. Need to replace pair. ID on unit: 14 4 KW CMC 11 Window is IWC. It looks like your series 390 1/2 inch by 15 inch with 19-002 top and 15-001 shoe. Pivot Shoe Help
I have several windows where the pivot shoes have broken and the spiral balance has come detached from the shoe. I have attached a few pictures. how many turns???
I have ordered a pair of 21" series 400 red bushing balances for a single hung aluminum window. Please tell me how many turns the balances get to be considered properly charged? Lock for double hung slding window
