i would like tu buy windows parts

Metal channel is 31.5 inches long. Stamp is 31 then a space and a 5 then B.S.I on its side then PN. Manufacturer is Milgard, made around 2005. I need 4.

Can someone help me identify these? I moved into an apartment with a window that would not open - after many attempts at wringling around i was able to pull this out of one side. My question would be 1. Is this S390-30 or S350-30? 2. Given that these are older windows, should i replace both side ... (cont.)

Hi I need to replace the sash balances in my windows. The stamp is 2950. The width is either 1/2 in or 5/8. They are 30 in long.

I need 2-Window tilt balances now but I can not identify the color. I uploaded a photo and the size of the window is 45" Wide by 30_1/2" high.
