Aluminum Window Lock

The balance is stamped 2730 BS1 RC. tag on the window states A-L-1 Validator series Next Dimension Vinyl SH single hung It measures 1/2" x 28" can you tell me which replacement part to order? additional I need the stop at the top of the sash. Pus in a separate communication

I am looking to replace this broken pivot shoe system and need help identifying what the part numbers would be.

The broken part has the number 03147-4 engraved into the plastic. I think it is a vertical vent rod clip/hook. I think it is a smonton window but I'm not certain of the make or model. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My name is David Wall

Broke left sided rod and coil assembly

window spring for windows installed in 1988. Length 30 inches with plastic slides on each end. Inside spring with string pulley system inside aluminum channel...need one for left and one for right side of window.
