I have a window with a manufacturer sticker on it identifying it as a DH-C40. The spring assemblies on both sides are toast. Attached is the information printed on the spring assembly. Is this enough information to identify a replacement? Please let me know. R/glenn

Window balance replacement

I have some windows that need some combo of T-Lock Shoes, Channel Balances, and pivot bar. Some of my pivot bars rusted and broke off still stuck inside the T-Lock shoes.
