Hinges for vertical swing window

Picture shows Weather Shield sash balance part 40TGX needed.

I have window screens that measure 70.5" by 45" that are dry rotted.The new windows were installed in 2010. Unknown manufacturer.

18 inch. There is no marking

Hopefully the pictures say it all - I see a brand name of Vetter but no part numbers

Help, I need two and these are 145 each. Is there a cheaper equivalent version of these?

I need to replace these screw cap plugs. The hole is 3/8" they have a wood trim look. Do you have such plugs?

I believe there are wings on both ends. Can you please advise part number for these. Thank you. I am measuring 7/8” for shoe depth? The sash weighs 16-17 lbs and the sash guide 18-161 is the correct replacement. Thank you for your help and have a great day.

Looking replace some of these spring loaded plungers, they belong to a type of single pane window that I have never seen before.

I am looking to replace these parts cause my windows no longer stay up.

These latches are black, 4 in by 5/8 in with springs similar to 91-003. Thickness = 1/4 inch. "Spearpoint" = 3/8 X 3/8 inches. Available????
