Just had a glass co in to replace broken top sash window glass. They told us a balancer in the lower sash mechanism is going bad. Hi there, I am replacing a few broken window balances and need assistance w ordering the proper balance. The markings are 1540 with and AX printed a bit behind it. I have a non-tilt channel balance with a stamp of 2920 BSI. It appears to be a 380 with a 15-005 bottom fitting. However, is the 1" depth for the 005 fitting a nominal dimension or actual? My fitting measures about 7/8" - see uploaded picture.

Please review photos at your earliest convenience. I am trying to confirm my window balancer series. Thank you in advance for your help. Much appreciated.
