Please view pictures for details. They are located on the bottom of the bottom sash. Once they are pushed in, it unlocks the bottom sash when raising them up. The part is 3"w x 1"h and looks like it's spring loaded. Thank you in advance.

No identifying letters or numbers on the roller.

We have the channel balance. But we need the plastic part that attaches it to the tilt out window.

Can anyone tell me wich pivot pin i need? Thanks.

The Jordan window overall height is 58.5" tall. It weighs 21.6 lbs. the markings on it appears to be 28 B S1 w. The metal length appears to be 28.75 inches. Metal with plastic 29.75". The width is apx .5 inches. Thank you for the help identifying them.

My Gapco Windows have 34" balances, at least that's what the metal part measures (in other words, not including the plastic ends). I need 6 of them, and the (parts?) number that is stamped on my Gapco window's balance is "3340". My window no longer stays up and a friend came by and removed the balan ... (cont.)

I'm in need of balances for two different sized windows, one is 26-4 ES Caldwell stamp, the other is 20-3 ES Caldwell. Both are 1/2 inch and the footers are a little more than an inch. Picture provided. Thanks.

Need replacement lock in brushed nickel or black

We believe it is a forever door from enco by Anderson. The serial number is 821866 on the sticker. We need to replace the entire handle assembly inside and outside.We believe the part number from Anderson is 35040 but looking to find a more reasonably priced replacement.Thank youBarb ... (cont.)

Looking to see if you guys are able to help us source replacement wheels for a sliding glass door.

Assuming that you don't sell the parts for this type of balance system, are there any balances / parts that you do sell that I could use for this window? These are 30" measured window balancers from Milgard double hung windows. Balancers are stamped "29 9 JQ Caldwell".

These are from a Milgard vinyl window. The length of the metal part is 13 5/8". The width of the metal part is 9/16". The embossed stamp reads: 13 9. Thanks for your help. Bryan.
