Hi, Latch issue... I have a PPG Herculite X storm door with tempered glass. This model door does not have handles with an in-door latch. Instead it has handles but the latch is located on one side. But it is missing the female part that the latch goes into. How come this part is not included in ... (cont.)

I am trying to identify the proper channel balance. The rails are 27" long and have a stamp showing 2630 on them. I believe the balance top to be 19-015 and the shoe 15-002. I am not sure that is correct. If it is correct, what is the correct Channel Balance that I should order?

We replaced our glass and the glazing didn't survive. The measurements are 17/16 on the insert and 9/16 on the outside edge.I also believe that the window was made by republic windows but went out of business in 2008.
