Broken hinge, would appreciate replacement part

Unable to find bracket for vintage family desk.

Just bought a 17 year old home a drawer broke. I found the rear bracket mount cracked. Couldn't find part in Home Depot or Lowe's. It looks like one I found on your site. 32-119 Can you verify the size of the slide it will hold? Thanks!
