Hello I'm trying to replace a broken tandem coil spring balance. Overall it seems to be 3-7/8" long, by 1-3/16" wide. There also is a number on case: PAT 5,353,548 One of the coils is stamped with 5 KC, the other with 7 13W. The weight of the wash is 21.6 lbs.

I have three operators that are stripped. The horizontal opening window is a Truth #41016. The two (2) right opening windows are Truth. #41011. Arms are a dark color- probably black. This looks just like it, except the hole spacing is not the same. This is my final chance, then I guess I will have to machine my own. Only marking is a number 6. Just moved into home and do not know what brand my windows are.

Outdoor handle is stripped. Locking mechanism works. 3 15/16 between screws. Looking to replace outside handle with the same piece or something that works with what is already in place.
