Broken at the first screw

Looking for 3 like this and 2 for the opposite side.

This latch does not work so how do we repair it since it is internal? And IF we get that fixed we will need 1 hook as 1 is missing. Thank you for your help.

Metal channel length = 31.5 inches, width = .585, depth = .628 Stamped 31 6 BSI tc. The BSI is rotated 90 degrees Milgard windows installed 2009. The bottom fitting has a wheel 1 balance on each side of window. I have 5 windows so will need 10 total.

Trying to identify correct replacement for my windows.

These are from a Sun brand window that's about 19 years old. I need to purchase 5-10 of these so I can repair 2 windows and have some spare parts.

The clip holds a 7/16" screen frame and fits into a 1 1/8th" window frame.All I've been able to find is clips that fit into a 7/8ths" frame.I am hoping this is something you sell or can locate for me.Thank you..Sean

I need to replace the triple coil balances in my windows but not sure what part to get. I have included a picture of the old coil balance with the #4.0-35". Can you please tell me which part replaces that. Thank you.

Need operators for guardian casement windows

hello can you identify by pictures what parts i need as windows will not stay open and the rods are loose they are not attached to bottom parts located inside window there is a total of 5 windows so i would need new rods and latches for all 5 windows
